Gratitude to an amazing concierge team that is available 24/7. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome you when you come home at the end of the day, assisting with packages and deliveries, and general help in all aspects of being a resident at Avalon Clinton. Brandon has been the first hello in the morning and even at the early hours of the day, he is profession, friendly and attentive.

With a few days left until the end of the year, time to Share and give Thanks, I really want to express my gratitude for the First Class Attention and Quality Service that Brandon Galeas has given us since arriving as a Concierge at Clinton South. Respectful, Assertive, Proactive and Always Courteous and Polite. Many times when returning home after a hard and stressful day with just his greeting you feel relieved. This review is long overdue. I hope that 2024 provides all us residents at Clinton South with more days of the Excellent and Professional Care that Brandon masterfully professes!

I’ve been living here in Avalon going on 2 years now. Brandon was one of the first people I met upon signing my lease. Not only is he the concierge but he’s became a distant family member. Always reliable even if for an ear or smile and always helpful. One of the best starts to the day is receiving a smile or warm hello every morning from Brandon. He and the concierge team make the world go round.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. The location is amazing, central to everything. The concierge team is also fantastic. Brandon, Adrien, Kimo, Thiago, Vince, Tim, Chris, Josh, and Joe always make me feel welcomed and at home and they spoil my dog with treats! However, the building is older and upgrades are few and far between. We’ve had hot water issues, ventilation issues, and heating issues that really require a huge upgrade to the building itself that they don’t seem to want or be able to do. But the maintenance team responds quickly and they do what they can with the staffing and resources they have. Overall, the staff is amazing. The location is great. I really do love this community.

Avalon Clinton has been home for many years. The front desk concierge staff are very courteous and friendly. Also, the maintenance and cleaning team keep the building in great shape. I commend Brandon from the front desk who is always very cheerful and welcoming when I arrive home. The rest of the staff like Adrian, Joshua, Thiago and Kimo are also very polite and welcoming. Avalon is a great place to live.

Love living at Avalon! I’ve lived here for more than 10 years and the concierge has really made it feel warm and welcome whenever I come back home. Shout out to Adrian, he always has a smile no matter the time of day and he is extremely helpful when I’m trying to find my packages. His attention to detail and warm smile are just a few of the little things that make the concierge here feel like family.

Living at Avalon for the past 3 years has been amazing! Everyone, especially Brandon and Adrian from the front desk, they have really made us feel so taken care of!! And they always go above and beyond for everyone! I truly look forward to every day living here.
